SC Categorization Implemented from Today, Job Notifications to Resume Soon: Minister Uttam Kumar Reddy
Hyderabad: In a major announcement, Telangana Minister Uttam Kumar Reddy confirmed that the Government Order (G.O) for SC Categorization has been officially released and implemented from today. This marks a significant development for Scheduled Caste (SC) communities in the state, paving the way for pending job notifications to be resumed.
Why Notifications Were Delayed
Minister Uttam explained that job notifications had been temporarily halted due to the delay in implementing SC Categorization. Since the policy affects how reservations and benefits are distributed among SC sub-groups, the government had to wait for official approval before proceeding with recruitment.
Implementation Begins Now
With the G.O for SC Categorization now in effect, the government will begin issuing job notifications that include the new categorization norms. This move ensures fair representation and equitable opportunities for all SC sub-categories.
Action Plan Ahead
Minister Uttam stated that the government is taking immediate steps to resume the recruitment process:
Meetings will be held with all government departments to identify existing vacancies.
The Finance Department will review and clear these posts for recruitment.
Job notifications will then be issued in accordance with the new SC categorization guidelines.
A Ray of Hope for SC Youth
The Minister emphasized that this is a big step towards justice and opportunity for unemployed SC youth across Telangana. He assured that the government is committed to filling vacancies swiftly and transparently.
