Salary & Pay Scale
Pay Matrix: Level 01 (7th CPC)
Approx. Total Emoluments on minimum pay (including HRA in Class ‘X’ city): ₹35,973/-
Eligibility Criteria
Essential Qualification: Matriculation / 10th Class Pass.
Desirable: Intermediate (12th Class) Pass and experience in relevant area of work.
Age Limit
Maximum Age: 25 years (as on 05.01.2026). Age relaxation as per Government of India rules:
- SC/ST: +5 years
- OBC (NCL): +3 years
- PwBD: +10 years
- Widows/divorced/judicially separated women: up to 35 years (40 years for SC/ST where applicable)
- Ex-Servicemen: as per rules
Job Role / Nature of Duties
MTS duties include (but are not limited to):
- Physical maintenance of records
- General cleanliness & upkeep of sections and guest house
- Carrying files, photocopying, faxing, delivering dak
- Assisting in R&D activities
- Guest house housekeeping & attending guest requests
- Garden maintenance: watering, fertilizing, pest control
- Vehicle maintenance & logbook management; driver duties as required
- Any other duties assigned by competent authority
Selection Process
The selection process consists of:
- Trade Test (qualifying in nature) – practical test based on job requirements.
- Competitive Written Examination (CWE) – final merit based on written exam marks.
Written Exam Pattern
OMR-based Objective Type Multiple Choice Examination. Questions will be set in English, Hindi & Telugu (except English language section).
