Educational Qualification: Full-time BE/B.Tech/B.Sc (Engineering) with minimum 60% marks in relevant discipline. Candidates in final year can also apply, provided final results are available by 31 Dec 2025.
GATE Requirement: Valid GATE score in the relevant discipline from 2023, 2024, or 2025.
Age Limit (as on 30 April 2025):
General/EWS: 26 years
OBC (NCL): 29 years
SC/ST: 31 years
PwBD & other relaxations as per Govt. norms
Selection Process
Candidates will be shortlisted for interviews based on their GATE scores. The final selection is solely based on interview performance, with no separate written exam.
Interview Dates (Tentative): 9 June – 21 June 2025
Interview Locations: Mumbai, Kakrapar, Kalpakkam, Kaiga (candidates can choose preference)
Stipend & Bond
Monthly Stipend: ₹74,000 during training
One-time Book Allowance: ₹30,000
Service Bond: ₹9,18,000 for 3 years post-training
Post-Training Appointment
On successful completion of the training program, candidates will be appointed as Scientific Officer ‘C’ with an initial pay of ₹56,100/- plus DA and other allowances under Pay Level 10 (7th CPC).
